Terms of Service

1. What FirstSpot is

FirstSpot is a public leaderboard where anyone can submit a link and pay to rank it. Rank is determined solely by how much you have paid relative to everyone else — the highest bid holds #1. It is a novelty promotion tool, not an endorsement, ranking of quality, or any guarantee about the listed sites. By using FirstSpot you agree to these terms.

2. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment provider. When you pay you also agree to Razorpay's terms. FirstSpot is the seller for your bid and is responsible for the sale, including any applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details — Razorpay handles them.

All bids are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Paying does not reserve your rank for any period of time — anyone can outbid you at any moment, and doing so is the entire point of the game. Paying a higher amount is the only way to move up.

3. No guarantees

FirstSpot makes no promises about traffic, clicks, sales, exposure, or any outcome from being listed or ranked. Your rank reflects nothing except the amount paid compared to other listings. Click counts shown are best-effort and may include bots or repeat visits.

4. Your submissions

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• you own the linked destination or are authorised to promote it;
• the link and any name or tagline you provide are lawful and not misleading;
• you grant FirstSpot a licence to display that name, link, category, icon, and tagline publicly.

The following are not allowed and will be rejected or removed:

• link shorteners, affiliate, or referral URLs (tracking parameters are stripped from every link);
• adult, illegal, hateful, deceptive, or scam content;
• malware, phishing, or misleading destinations;
• content that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Moderation and removal

We may hide, remove, or refuse any listing at our sole discretion — including content that breaks these terms or that we consider harmful — without a refund. If you believe a listing infringes your rights or breaks these rules, contact us at hello@firstspot.lol and we will review it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping of the board, no attempts to manipulate ranking outside of paying, no interfering with the site's operation or security, and no using FirstSpot to harass others or break the law.

7. Disclaimer and liability

FirstSpot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, safety, or availability of any linked destination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update the service or these terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use FirstSpot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
